This policy explains what DealGauge collects, why, who helps us process it, and how you can access or delete it. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run a simple set of tools and a newsletter.
We use your email only to send the resources you asked for and occasional DealGauge updates, based on your consent, which you give by entering your email and can withdraw at any time. Technical data is used for the legitimate interest of operating and securing the site.
We use trusted third parties as processors: MailerLite for email, Gumroad for purchases and downloads, and Cloudflare for hosting. Each handles data under its own privacy terms. Your data may be processed in the United States and other countries where these providers operate.
We keep your email while you are subscribed and for a reasonable period afterward, and delete it on request. Purchase records are retained by Gumroad as required for its own tax and accounting obligations.
You can unsubscribe from any email using the link in its footer. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, or to object to certain processing. To make a request, email us and we will act on it within a reasonable time. We do not sell your personal information.
The calculator itself does not require cookies. If analytics are used, we prefer privacy-friendly, cookieless tools. Third-party services such as Gumroad may set their own cookies when you visit their checkout.
DealGauge is for adults making real estate decisions and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
